1. Who we are
OneTek Pro is a brand under Berkshire Consulting FZCO. Contact support@onetek.pro with privacy questions or requests.
2. Information you provide
At checkout we collect first name, surname, country, dialing code, mobile number, email address, selected services and, if provided, organization, partner referral ID and notes. We use these details to process the order, contact you and arrange the service.
3. Browser storage
Your cart is stored in local storage on your device. A partner referral ID from a ?ref= link may also be stored locally so it can appear at checkout. Language and currency choices are stored in browser cookies.
4. Region and language
The hosting network may provide an approximate country derived from your IP address. The website uses it, together with browser language, to suggest a currency and language. The site does not store a precise location or an IP-based customer profile in its application data.
5. Website and payment providers
The website is hosted through the Sites platform and loads web fonts from Google Fonts. Stripe provides the embedded payment form and processes payment details. OneTek stores the order and payment status, but not card numbers or card security codes.
6. Retention and sharing
Cart and preference data remain in your browser until you clear them. Orders are stored in the site's database and are visible only to approved OneTek administrators. We retain records as needed to deliver services and meet applicable duties. OneTek does not sell customer information.
7. Your choices
You can clear local storage and cookies in your browser, choose a different language or currency, and contact support@onetek.pro to ask about access, correction or deletion of information held in email correspondence, subject to applicable law.
